Custom Domain Configuration

Enterprise customers can use their own domain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com) instead of our default subdomain.

Prerequisites

• Enterprise plan subscription
• Access to your DNS settings
• SSL certificate (we can provide one)

Setup Steps

1. Contact support to enable custom domain
2. Choose your subdomain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com)
3. Add DNS records provided by our team
4. Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
5. We'll configure SSL certificate
6. Test and verify the setup

DNS Records

You'll need to add these records:

Type: CNAME
Name: app
Value: custom.example.com
TTL: 3600

Type: TXT
Name: _acme-challenge.app
Value: [verification string]
TTL: 3600

SSL Certificate

We provide SSL certificate options:

• Let's Encrypt: Free, auto-renewed
• Custom Certificate: Upload your own
• Extended Validation: For highest trust

Verification

We'll verify domain ownership by:

• Checking DNS records
• Sending verification email
• Confirming control of domain

Troubleshooting

Common issues:

• DNS not propagating: Wait 24-48 hours
• Certificate error: Verify DNS is correct
• Mixed content warning: Ensure all resources use HTTPS
