Activity Logs

Track all actions and changes in your workspace with detailed audit logs.

Accessing Activity Logs

1. Go to Settings → Activity Log
2. View recent activity
3. Filter by date, user, or action type
4. Export logs for compliance

What's Logged?

We track:

• User logins and logouts
• Project and task changes
• File uploads and downloads
• Team member additions/removals
• Permission changes
• Settings modifications
• API requests
• Failed login attempts

Log Details

Each entry includes:

• Timestamp: Exact time of action
• User: Who performed the action
• Action: What was done
• Target: What was affected
• IP Address: Where action originated
• Details: Additional context

Filtering Logs

Filter by:

• Date range
• Specific user
• Action type
• Project or resource
• IP address

Exporting Logs

Export options (Pro and Enterprise):

• CSV: For spreadsheet analysis
• JSON: For programmatic access
• PDF: For compliance reports

Retention Period

Log retention by plan:

• Free: 30 days
• Pro: 1 year
• Enterprise: 7 years
