Accessing the Schedule
Digital Displays:

- Log in with employee credentials
- Select your work center
- View current week schedule
- Download or print if needed
Mobile App:
- Download FactoryFlow app
- View schedule on phone/tablet
- Receive schedule change notifications
- Clock in/out of jobs
Schedule Information
Each job listing shows:
- Work order number
- Part number and description
- Quantity required
- Due date and time
- Priority level
- Setup time estimate
- Run time estimate
- Special instructions
- Customer name (if applicable)
Priority Levels
RUSH (Red):
- Highest priority
- Due within 24 hours
- Customer waiting
- Requires supervisor approval to delay
HOT (Orange):
- High priority
- Due within 2-3 days
- Key customer or program
- Minimize delays
STANDARD (Green):
- Normal priority
- Scheduled due date
- Follow sequence
FILLER (Blue):
- Run when time available
- Stock replenishment
- No firm due date
- Fill schedule gaps
Schedule Changes
Schedules may change due to:
- Customer request changes
- Material availability
- Equipment breakdowns
- Quality holds
- Rush orders
- Resource availability

Job Setup
Before starting a job:
- Verify work order details
- Review drawing and specifications
- Gather required tools and fixtures
- Check material availability
- Confirm program loaded (CNC)
- Complete setup checklist
- Run first article inspection
- Clock into job in system
Clocking Jobs
Accurate time tracking:
- Clock In:
- Select work order
- Choose operation
- Record setup start
- Track Time:
- Timer runs automatically
- Pause for breaks
- Log downtime separately
- Report Quantity:
- Enter good parts produced
- Record scrap with reason code
- Clock Out:
- Job complete
- System calculates efficiency
- Move to next job
Downtime Reporting
When production stops:
- Pause job timer
- Select downtime reason:
- No material
- Equipment breakdown
- Waiting for quality
- Tool change
- Waiting for setup
- No operator
- Other (explain)
- Resume when resolved
- Supervisor reviews daily
Material Shortages
If material not available:
- Check material staging area
- Verify work order in system
- Contact material handler
- Notify supervisor immediately
- Select next available job
- Do not sit idle waiting
Overtime and Weekend Work
Scheduling extra hours:
- Planned overtime posted by Wednesday
- Voluntary unless specified
- Critical jobs may require mandatory OT
- Weekend schedules posted Thursday
- Sign up sheet at supervisor desk

Daily coordination:
